Vexlio Studio ("Vexlio," "I," "me") operates vexlio.pages.dev. This page explains what information gets collected through the site and what happens to it.
When you use the contact form, referral form, or support form, I collect what you type in: name, email, and whatever message or details you provide. If you're a client, I also keep basic project info (business name, price agreed on, payment status) in a private admin system only I can access.
Solely to respond to you, build and manage your project if you become a client, and track referrals for payout purposes. Nothing you submit is used for advertising profiles or shared with marketers.
Data is stored in a private, password-protected database tied to this site. It isn't public and isn't searchable by anyone outside Vexlio.
Vexlio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever. If you'd like to formally request that your information not be sold (a right under Nevada law, NRS 603A), you can do so by submitting a request through the contact form, though as noted, no sale happens regardless.
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Basic, anonymous click data on the "Examples by Industry" section is collected to see which industries people are interested in, no personal info is attached to it.
These terms describe how working with Vexlio Studio works.
Reasonable revision requests during the build are included. Requests that significantly expand the original scope may involve an adjusted price, discussed with you before any extra work happens.
Timely responses and any content/images you want on the site (text, logo, photos). Delays on your end may delay delivery.
See the Refund Policy below for what happens if a project doesn't move forward.
If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit is refunded in full.
Once work is underway, the deposit covers time already spent and is non-refundable. If you cancel partway through, you keep whatever has been built so far; nothing is withheld from you.
The final payment is due once you've approved the finished site, before launch. Once live, standard software/service refund norms apply: completed work isn't refunded, but I'll fix any bugs or issues covered under what was originally agreed on at no extra cost.
Monthly hosting is billed for the month it covers. Cancel anytime with no penalty, you keep your domain either way.
